A few friends from FIB UI — China’s Literature are Sanggar Rebung’s guests in amonth ago. Vera who’s represented their friends from her level gave some contributions for Sanggar Rebung Cendani. She promised that she and her friends will contact their friends to participate in educational process for children in Sanggar Rebung

ORGANIZATION NAMES

Cendani Bamboo Shoots (Rebung) Foundation has been established in January 2002. It is a movement specialized in education – particularly in basic education – environmentally sound and based on children’s right as grafted in Children’s Right Convention (CRC). This workshop gives attention to the children who live in outskirts or residential area for lower classes, where most of them are the victims of cultural poverty.

There are couple points to be focused. They are low self-esteemed, poor imagination, low body-endurance, as well as the ability of thinking because of lack of nutrition. Rebung Workshop is under Cendani Bamboo Shoots Foundation which is officially existed in the beginning of 2008.
